Where the VIN is
In the Czech Republic the VIN is printed on the EU registration certificate, field E. On the car it is at the bottom of the windshield and on the door pillar; all copies must match.
STK readings
The mileage is recorded at every technical inspection (STK); for an import, compare it with the readings from Germany or Austria.
